Identity
Each of us is unique and gifted in various ways. This series begins with a session of quizzes which probe to the core of who you are. Quizzes include Myers-Brigg personality test, Love Language test and more. This will better help you understand both the team you will be working with during the year and yourself.
Identity is pivotal to all that we do and how we relate to the world around us. How you see and think about yourself will directly determine your actions and ultimately your outcomes. This course will challenge you, stretch you and ultimately help you understand yourself and the importance of Identity more.
BLOOM

The Bloom series will challenge you to step outside of your normal and show the world around you who you truly are. Classes are custom created based on the various participants of each Submerge class.
The dream life
It's easy to dream, but it's harder to walk out your dream. This class will help you discover practical ways to walk out the things that you have inside of your heart.
Reject
This series takes an in depth look at this text from Romans 12:1-2.
“Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.”
Throughout the Reject series you will be challenged to think about the way that you perceive yourself and what you consider "normal". You will be inspired to think about your life in new ways as you reject, redefine, and reshape "normal."
THE MISSING LINK
The Missing Link will give u an edge in life. If you apply it; it will directly affect every area of your life. It will allow you to maximize what you have and bridge the gap between where you are and where you hope to be. The Missing Link will help you to live life to the absolute fullest.
So, what is the "Missing Link?" Well, you will just have to come to Submerge and find out.
The Leadership Journey
It's been said that the average person will unintentionally influence 10,000 people in their lifetime. Leadership is leadership, no matter where you go or what you do. Times change. Technology marches forward. Cultures vary from place to place. But the true principles of leadership are constant and stand the test of time. Whether you are a follower who is just beginning to discover the impact of leadership or a natural leader who already has followers, you can become a better leader.
Awaken
This class asks you to peer back the curtain as examine why you believe what you believe. Many times we can go through life in a passive state of being; this class will challenge you to see past the smoke and mirrors of mass media by developing the ability to think on a critical level.

Have you ever been inspired but didn’t know how to put it into practice? While our Inspire Classes are meant to cultivate your growth as an individual, Equip Classes are meant to take the inspiration you receive and harness it into direct results. These classes are designed to sharpen and develop your creative skill set, giving you the tools you need to excel in any work environment. Centered around foundational tools for success, the skills you learn in class will translate into direct results for your life.
Some of the subjects taught: Marketing, Leadership, Negotiation, Personal Finance, Project Management, Sales, Conflict/Resolution, Public Speaking and Communication, Graphic Design, Blogging, Time Management, and Harnessing the Power of Today’s Technology.
Spanish Class: Being immersed in a foreign language is the fastest and most effective way to learn. Submerge combines both classroom learning and practical outside the classroom experiences to heighten your immersion experience. Once you step outside your door you will be surrounded by opportunities to practice what you learn inside the classroom.
